Q-Action® was designed to support multiple styles of document and workflow processing. For each transaction or business case, Q-Action routes an electronic workflow folder that includes related documents, business process data, workflow tasks, and notes. Q-Action electronic workflow provides the following:
- Out-of-the-box configuration of workflow process default settings
- Standard or ad-hoc workflow processes
- Option to allow authorized users to create a custom workflow or subflow
- Tasks can be assigned to groups, positions or individual users
- Tasks are written to user workflow inboxes
- Supervisors can view staff inboxes and assign tasks
- Task operations include place on hold / take off hold, return to prior assignee, select approval or rejection, add subflow
- A complete audit trail of all activities is automatically captured
